Urgent- issue with S8 S8+ & S9 with data disconnection on mobile network.

Our Mobile provider have Galaxy s8 & S9 and our customers get this error message: "No Data Service, Temporarily not offered by your service provider at your location".

This happens continuously.

This is now a major complaint. is anyone aware of this issue. All other phones work.
