US carrier likelihood?

So its been pretty clear that Sony and US carriers haven't gotten along pretty well in the past several years. What would your guys thoughts be this time around, now that the Z5 series has caught some good attention in the media? Could even AT&T be tempted to pick these up? It seems like they sorely lack compact phones in their lineup, and this could be the perfect one to fill that void.

I am pretty sure AT&T and TMobile can have this device on their networks. There were no CDMA bands, so that does eliminate Sprint and Verizon. I am tempted to get one and run it on AT&T to see how good it is.

If anyone picks it up my bet is att. I run the z3c on their network and it works fine. Hoping it is released to US retailers at a minimum.
