Does anyone know if USCC will be releasing either ICS or JB for the Galaxy S2? If not, does anyone know of a good source I can use to obtain a JB or ICS build for my GS2, as well as a reliable guide to flashing my device to one of these builds?

There is plenty of sources.
Right now I'm running JB on my device.

Are you rooted?

I would suggest checking xda-developers
