US Cellular Moto x On T-Mobile

I bought a us cellular moto x off ebay for a very good deal for the intention of putting it on tmobile, since the moto x in a world phone. I bought a SIM card and called them and got it hooked up to my account that I previously had and for a few mins it completely worked, i got the tmobile text, and some texts that people had sent to me a while ago, but i hadn't gotten them since i hadnt had a sim card in on any phone. But after i restarted my phone, i'm not able to make or recieve calls or texts, however I CAN use 4g LTE data. What should I do to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you ever figure this out. I have the US Cellular Moto X available to me and curious if it is an option for me with T-Mobile.
