Usage app not compatible

Since the usage app is not compatible, I tried to dial *data to check my data. That didn't work either. Got a recorded error message.

Signing into verizonwireless.com is hit or miss. So how do I check my usage, bill etc?
 
Usage of what exactly?

If you need to know minutes or texts, those are available on verizon and they are updated every 12 hours or so. Data is unlimited.

Yeah I think its funny that the "my verizon" app is not supported on the TB.

It's actually #data not *data. It also takes a couple seconds to go through, be patient. It then tells you it sent a text message. Hope that helps.

Lol, thanks! I haven't dialed it in so long that I forgot!

Yes, I have unlimited data but I like to track how much I'm using. That, and I have 450 minutes only.

Edit: doh! I just remembered I have messages blocked because I use Google Voice. Crap.
 
A Nice little program you can use for trackign data.

3G Watchdog. You can put in you monthly limits, your billing cycle and it will keep a 12 month record. I use it all the time. Pretty dang close to what verizon reports.

The ThunderBolt is unlimited data so why worry, unless you didn't get yours before the dreaded cut off. Still a nice app to compare what you have vs what Verizon says you used.
