USB-C to USB Adapter/Cable

A few days ago I learned how you can use that USB-C to USB adapter which I am currently using to type this from an actual keyboard and mouse (not Bluetooth mind you) but using the USB adapter for the peripherals into the adapter and boom you basically have a computer. The thing is, by design of the adapter and my case, the adapter doesn't fit unless I take it out of the case. So what I am looking for is the adapter concept but more of a cable design about 6 inches in length at most. I Google and yet to find what I am looking for.

Not sure if they exist or not (since the adapter comes in the box I haven't searched for one in ages). Samsung used to sell these for micro-USB before they started including the adapter in the box for device transfer. You're looking for OTG USB-C cables. If they exist, that's how they'd come up in your search at your favorite store.

I believe what you are looking is available in eBay. Search for "USB-C Type C Male to USB 3.0 Female OTG"

Just make sure the keyword OTG is present. Otherwise you're just getting an extension cable.

LighningKid USB C to USB 3.0 OTG cable. It was only $8.00 and worked great. I've used it with a Nexus 5X and my S8.

Will do. My next thing will probably be a dual-adapter where we can utilize OTC and charge the phone at the same time.
