USB Car Adapter 2 amps - will it work

I have a Itian wireless charger for the car, which seems to work fine .. apart from the slow charging message I get. It seems that the output from the supplied cigarette adapter is not delivering enough ampage

Does something like that following actually up the ampage to 2.1? Presume there should be enough juice being delivered from the car to the power socket?

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and the 2.1 amp socket charges my phone as fast as home charger without making phone warm.

Haven't tried that one but Amazon branded products usually work well for me, with exception to their Basics Micro USB cable which won't provide 2amps with LG AC adapter for some reason.
