usb connector light

I got a replacement phone today and I'm still setting everything up but I notice the USB connector light (in between front camera and notification LED) is a solid red. I can't figure out what does this mean??

No not that LED. I'm talking about in between the Orange LED while the phone is plugged in and the camera is a small red light.. It was never there before

There is only one LED there, and that's the notification/charging LED. If you are talking about the small vertical bar, that's the proximity sensor. And it does not have an LED in it.

The proximity sensor on any phone can glow red. I can't remember specifics about it, but as long as it still works I don't think you have anything to worry about.
