Android Central Question

Hi,

On my Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 (Android Nougat), the USB Data Transferis not working as the Mini-USB port is in damaged state.

How can I take the full backup of my phone's data including the photos, videos and other documents? I have tried Google Photos but 15 GB is not enough space for me and I don't want to buy storage space.

Welcome to Android Central! For Google Photos, you get unlimited storage if you choose the High Quality setting (not the Original Quality setting). High Quality means pictures up to 16 megapixels, with fairly minimal file compression -- I've never been able to tell when a photo was compressed.

You can also use any wi-fi file explorer app to copy those files to your computer hard drive. Try this one: WiFi File Explorer
