USB device not recognized?

I've had my DNA since Christmas, never experienced this with Windows 7 ? Two different laptops... I connect USB cable and no dice. Keep getting error. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Just a matter of uninstalling the drivers from the latest HTC Sync install & using a separate drivers pack suggested elsewhere... Good to go!
