USB file Edge to Mac

On my Mac, both. KIES and ANDROID FILE TRANSFER don't work. Don't recognize device.

Is there another way to transfer files between my Edge (4.4.4) and Macbook pro (10.9.4)?

Did you have keys installed in the past? If you did, download uninstaller and uninstall it. AFT will work fine after that.

WiFi File Transfer should also work (since all it needs on the Mac side is a web browser).

Hey try Samsung SideSync 3.0 I happened to be reading in this forum (have Note 3) and saw your question. Comments are correct about Kies and AFT. After trying SideSync (had to delete AFT too) it works seemlessly on my MacBook Pro 10.10 Good luck
