Question USB file transfer options not active

Good day everyone!
I need help. I've got new Pixel 7 phone. When I plug in to my computer to transfer files and want to select the option to allow it to do it all the options are deactivated and option is on NO DATA TRANSFER (see screenshot below). How do I activate them? Any idea where is this control saved?
2. I tried to look for Developer Mode and no such option in Pixel 7 settings. Has it been renamed?

Welcome to Android Central! Not all USB cables are capable of data transfer -- some are intended for charging only, and some can get damaged such that the wiring responsible for data transfer becomes nonfunctional. Have you tried multiple different cables?
