USB Mount Issue

Hey Guys!

I misplaced the USB cable for my Fascinate and picked up an after-market one on eBay; came in a three pack with an AC and car piece. No problem charging up the phone, however when I connect it to my PC, it refuses to mount.

Has anyone encountered an issue like this before? Thoughts?

That's weird .... I use my old cord for my blackberry storm so I don't have to take my power plug out of by room

Hi,
The kit you bought came with a cable that didn't have the data lines in the USB cable. I had the same issue with a cable that I got included with a car adapter and AC adapter. You can get the cable from monoprice for about 2 bucks plus shipping and that's a 15 foot cable if you need one that long. Also they have 6 foot ones for less. Hope this helps.

Hey Mark,

That absolutely does - I was wondering if I could attribute that to the "thinness" of the cable as well. Great pickup, I'll grab one of those!
