Use all memory

Hi guys, I'm debating between the S4 and One, one of my concerns with the S4 is the small amount of memory available, under 10 gb.

I see the One comes in 32 gb and 64 gb versions, can I install apps in the whole memory space, like on iOS? Or is there a smaller partition for apps?

Yes its like iOS memory is for apps pic music etc
