Use GS2 as Wifi Hotspot?

Is there anyway we can turn AT&T GS2 into wifi hotspot?
I got an HP Touchpad and hoping to connect the touchpad to my phone

You can do it through your WiFi settings in your GS2 but you need to add a tethering plan to your account.
