Should I have this enabled? Does it enhance positioning and can it also have negative effects with the magnetic field use?

I disabled mine. I thought i read somewhere it uses up more battery.
Technically its supposed to help if your in GPS coverage then go underground or into an area where it looses GPS.

Ya, it's just funny on the description it says helps save battery and improve GPS..

I noticed that too but cant help but to think your adding a sensor which would consume power. But what do i know, i just use the phone. ha ha ha

I have had mine turned on from day one and have not seen any issues with the battery life.

I turned off sensor aiding a long time ago when I couldn't get a gps lock. It seems to lock on faster when its turned off.
