Used Samsung Gear S2 Classic

My brother-in-law gave me his old Gear S2 Classic that had a T-Mobile line to it, I have AT&T, can I use it as a stand-alone with my Galaxy s7?

Absolutely. I use my t-mobile one as bluetooth only with my verizon phone (switched carriers). It will perform exactly the same as the non-cellular versions of the phone, with a slightly bumped up battery, and having a speaker built in, which the regular versions do not have. Just make sure that you go into the settings and tell it not to use the cellular radio, or it'll be searching and that will kill the battery life.
