There were some problems with earlier firmware versions but after bigger updates in march and may they were ironed out. I bought it by end of may and everything worked fine since then.
I just read some of the reviews and they fix is common sense if you understand Android devices.
I read so many simple problems with the s22 ultra before I made the purchase and felt like they had to be user error.I understand now.
I just reread your original post. I thought you read a published article stating that 90% of problems were user errors therefore making Android users look stupid. That's what I thought was condescending. A published article with no way to prove it. I realize I miss-interpreted your statement. I apologize if you thought I directed my comment to you personally.
