Using bluetooth with earphones

I'm an over the road driver and listen to audio books much of the day using the OverDrive app on my S 2. I do this by running a cord from my phone tp the aux input om my radio. On my old Huawei phone hooked up this way when I received a call it would route to my Bluetooth but on my S 2 when I answer a call while I can talk through the Bluetooth the incoming audio is routed through the earphone jack to the radio. Is there any way to change this so that incoming calls will default to Bluetooth without having to unplug the earphone cable. Thank you.
