Using EVO Charger with Nexus S

Hey guys I just got my new Nexus S and I am loving it. I have one question though. Is it okay to use the HTC EVO 4G charger with the Nexus. The guy in the Sprint store told me it was fine, but the Nexus seems to be taking FOREVER to charge using this charger. Is this normal? I mean when I am using the phone even while it's plugged in and charging, it still loses battery life. Please help. Thanks

Is OK to use your Evo's charger if in good condition... regarding the phone taking long to recharge, that is a well known and normal behavior of this phone. Don't worry and enjoy your new Nexus.

I use my EVO or old BlackBerry charger because the included one is so thin it take twice as long to charge than my nice thick HTC built charger. A side note, sprint shipped me a replacement battery which doesn't have a label on it and looks awesome under the batter door all blacked out
