Using Moto E5 for months, "Phone ICCID compare with SIM ICCID: Error" message.

Using Moto E5 for months,same carrier, same Sim Card, Now i have "phone ICCID Compare with Sim ICCID: ERROR, how do i resolve this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on, and have you asked them about this?

Same problem, no one can resolve, all say device network locked, my device is not locked, had sim replaced, device reads sim, sim status says voice in service/data no service, been using same device on same Carrier for months, just stopped receiving and placing calls one day.

I moved this post to the thread you had started a couple of weeks ago.

So you're saying you've spoken to your carrier's support team about this? Did you get your phone directly from your carrier, or did you buy it unlocked from somewhere else?

yes i spoke with my carrier, they checked sim card, said in service, device does read sim! in sim status says network status disconnected, sims tatus voice/connected, data/disconnected, no device was not bought used, brand new, used with same carrier for months, checked imei all good, no carrier lock. No one seems to be able to provided resolution except that it must carrier lock but i repeat device not carrier, device does read sim but will not connect to network.

yes i have they said its the device but they dont know what the issue is, sim is active device reads sim but will not connect to network. It worked fine for 7 months then all of a sudden no service, i tried other sim from different carriers all connect except my carrier,

They won't warranty it?
 
What's the exact model number of the phone (in Settings>About Phone)? Do you know if the phone was originally intended for a different carrier or a different region of the world?
