Using Moto E5 for months,same carrier, same Sim Card, Now i have "phone ICCID Compare with Sim ICCID: ERROR, how do i resolve this issue.
Same problem, no one can resolve, all say device network locked, my device is not locked, had sim replaced, device reads sim, sim status says voice in service/data no service, been using same device on same Carrier for months, just stopped receiving and placing calls one day.
I moved this post to the thread you had started a couple of weeks ago.
So you're saying you've spoken to your carrier's support team about this? Did you get your phone directly from your carrier, or did you buy it unlocked from somewhere else?

They won't warranty it?yes i have they said its the device but they dont know what the issue is, sim is active device reads sim but will not connect to network. It worked fine for 7 months then all of a sudden no service, i tried other sim from different carriers all connect except my carrier,
