Using outlook.com calendar and contacts with Android

I use outlook.com to manage my calendar and contacts. Is there any way that I can set up my Android phone (Galaxy S4) to use my outlook.com calendar and contacts as the default (e.g. so that (I see my outlook contacts when I use the phone dialer or the default contacts app)?
