Could someone with a bit more experience post on proper settings for Task Panel? I've been trying to play with it, but taking me awhile.
I've been told you can set autokill for every application, because it only applies to background work. If you ever want to use the app, it'll be fine.
But are there any common apps you want running in the background or that won't turn on automatically because they're a secondary app used for another app? Like one of the sync programs? Or gmail? Handset? Uploader?
To save battery I've been turning my network connection off, having to turn it on every single time, then go to gmail, then press reload, use gmail, then turn off network connection (often having to go into settings...that widget icon doesn't always turn it off, though it does always turn it on).
Is there a less complicated way to do all this while still saving power?
