Please advise for the below Scenario:
I am using the Note 9 with 2 Sim cards, whenever I initiate a call or I receive one, I loose the internet connectivity.

anyone can explain the same ?

for calls and text message Sim1. and for mobile data Sim 2
both sim setting are on lte/3g/2g
dual sim always On

This is very normal....but if u have volte switched on your data will work during a call

You need volte enabled on both Sims / lines.
I'm back to one SIM ATM , but have used 2 from different carriers. Both with VoLTE.

If you're using sim 1 to have data, and you're using sim 1 to call, it will be okay. but if you're using sim 1 for data and sim 2 for call, you will lose connection. I noticed that on my note 9 lol.

my problem on my note 9, dual sim is ON, but everytime I'm using sim 1 for calls, nobody can contact me on my sim 2, and vice versa. and to think that having a dual sim is the only reason why I bought note9

Mmmm.... perhaps take your phone to the Samsung shop and have them assess it. Do you have a local Samsung shop? If not you could go to the telco and ask them about it

I had same issue .. so what you basically could do is check if the call you are getting is Volte?
If not then some network switch to 3g automatically while others don't so that could be the issue . You could check with service provider first then go to Samsung store if issue persist
