Using the S on other networks?

I just switched to the Evo 3D, so I'm leaving this forum. Debating on selling my Opti S or giving it to my girlfriend. Since the Optimus is on Virgin Mobile and Circket and both use the CDMA network also (I think Cricket does), what is needed to use this phone on those networks? Just flash their stock rom and ask them to activate it? Or do I have to setup some other stuff ahead of time?

Or... best offer here gets it (sorry, has 1 scratch in the screen that's about an inch or so long - not visible looking straight on). The girlfriend also wants a new phone, not a used one so I may be forced to sell anyway but exploring options.

You can't. most networks wont accept phones that don't have an esn their database
