using two languages/keyboards without predictive text

I have M9 one and absolutely hate it. I want to use two keyboards without predictive text on either but:
1. the Turkish keyboard doesn't have the full Turkish character set!!!! (but SOMETİMES predictive text knows which character should be accented and corrects it, so the characters are there somewhere!)
2. I can't switch off predictive text - it's greyed out. So when I type anything I have to make sure that I have the right keyboard selected - which can mean changing keyboards several times in one sentence.
Can anyone tell me how to download/install an English and a Turkish keyboard and disable predictive text?

SwiftKey is one of the better ones. I use multilanguages and it just flows without much drama. You can turn off auto predict /correct if you want to. It's happy enough to mix it up...
