using wifi only its always loggy

This is my 5 months problems so please can you help me my samsung s2 jelly bean when i connect to wifi connection it always log i do everything to fix it i format it still the same problem but if i dont connected to a wifi network its not loggy just only using wifi get log and the sound always like hiccups please help me please

Check your wifi connection (provider, modem, router and cables). The provider should have tech support - they should be able to help you. (If computers work on the same wifi without lag, it could be a problem with the phone's modem or its modem firmware.)
