Using Wii Remote on EVO?

Currently, there is no way for them to work with any device running HTC's Sense UI. That includes the Evo, unfortunately. It's due to a bug in HTC Sense's bluetooth implementation.

I haven't encountered a ROM that claims to solve this problem yet. We do not know how to fix this bug. Most people are just waiting for an AOSP build to come out, which means a complete stock Android build that leaves out Sense.

what about the fact that google, not HTC, is the one that wrote the code for the bluetooth on all android phones? HTC has said this is a problem that has to be fixed from google's side not theirs. are they just playing a blame game?

Its HTCs Bluetooth stack implemented on stock evos, the aosp stack works great with the wii remote.
