Utilities Apps and some questions

NEWBIE

I have an EVO and I am looking for some help.

-Good App to clean history and cache
-An app to control what applications I want to run.

Also is there any apps that may help defrag or clean up the android operating system? My phone appears to be running slow.

Last questions I use i heart radio a lot however it crashes allot any suggestions or alternatives.
