I know it's early and most are just getting their phone now, but has anyone purchased any car/wall chargers for their phone? I'm skeptical of many of the car chargers now having come from the Note 7 fiasco.

I bought a Chotec QC3.0 charging hub in anticipation of getting the V20. It's working great on my G4 and other devices so far.

My understanding is there wouldn't be much of a speed difference, but QC3.0 is supposed to be more efficient and generate less heat.

The one I had purchased a few months back, Platinum brand at Best Buy, is Qualcomm 2 compatible and works fine with the V20

I purchased the Anker 63W 5-Port USB Wall Charger since newer phones are going with usb c and i have some older items like BT headphones and alike that use the standars micro usb.i just keep an asorrment of cables plugged into the charger. It has 5 ports, 2 are Quick charge 3.0 and both the 3.0 charge at 3.0 at the same time so both my wife and i can fast charge at the same time. I also bought some nice anker usb c cords on amazon, good quality cables, 3 pack for under $20

And my truck has a regular plug in so i just use one of my many samsung charging blocks that i didnt have to return with my note 7 for car/truck charging. Thank you Samsung.

I have bought Anker everything. Great products from the 5 port for home, 2 port for travel and a couple 2 port for my cars. Bought a two 6 pack usb-c cables that come in different sizes.

I've been using some Shark QC 3.0 chargers since the release of the g5 with the Note 7 and now the V20 with absolutely no issues.

Will the two Note 7 chargers I got to keep work Ok? Or is it better to get QC 3.0?

Yes they work, I've been using mine with it. Samsung and LG both use their own proprietary fast charging, as well as Qualcomm quick charge. From what I've gathered, the charges that LG and Samsung bundle with their phones use the proprietary fast charging and not Qualcomm's. In my experience, these proprietary charges work better/faster than Qualcomm's standard, as I also have used QC 2.0 and 3.0 chargers.

With the LG/ATT promotion I'm going to trade in my K10 (which is worth far less) for $200 in accessories. Car charger, wall plug charger, 6 foot braided USB c cord, and beats earbuds. 185 dollars worth of accessories plus a 15 dollar gift card being mailed to me. I'm pretty happy with that.
