V20g update

Two days ago i found new update V20G i was on V20C should i update or its bad update?

I'm running the V20g-SEA-xx update for over a week now.
NO problems at all.

I have an unlocked, International version (855\,non-carrier) on AT&T.

do u see any improvements from v20c to v20g ? should i backup anything before i update ?

I can't really tell a difference, however my phone was fast, and problem free before the update. Same after, fast and problem free.
I didn't back up first.

Nope, never had any problems with mine at all. Fastest and most problem free phone I've ever owned.

should i backup anything before i update ?

Always back up everything before you do something that can brick the phone - like updating. (They'll replace the phone if the update kills it - but they can't replace your data.) See Backing up an Android Device.

(Anything important should always be backed up anyway - if the phone gets stolen or driven over, there goes all your files, data, etc. But I always do a fresh full update before any major change. Then delete it once I'm sure nothing got damaged, or delete the previous update and keep the last one.)

I didn't back mine up, as such before the update, as I always have auto backup set, so I've never really had a need to do a specific backup.
Even when I've gotten other phones and do the initial setup, it's always found my lasted auto backup and restored it just fine..
