V30 Back Glass replacement

I do't normally use a case, mfg make great looking phones only to need to cover them kinda odd and defeats usability. I was sitting on a chair and the phone slipped from my pocket, hit the floor (wood) and cracked the back glass. Looking online I see some replacements but no info on can you replace the glass only or do you need to replace the whole back (which requires full disassembly)? I'm suspecting it's adhesive and a heat gun/plate would loosen it. Not much available on this so I'm posting here.

And save the use a case comments, I'm getting one when I fix it.

It's better if u got it done from LG...as V30 is water resistant..if u try and fix it yourself u mite compromise the water resistant feature ..and void warranty

Watch "JerryRigEverything" V30 teardown video. He can teach you how to take off the glass. It might not be waterproof anymore.
