V30 Intermittent Notifications

Ok, so for the most part, I love my new V30. But I have been having issues with intermittent notifications and it's getting worse. It actually started with my V20. First it was Calendar reminders sometimes popping up, sometimes not. I have missed meetings and missed paying bills because I relied on those darn reminders. There was no pattern to when they would work and not. On Wi-Fi, on LTE, screen on, screen off, etc.

Then Google Hangouts notifications became intermittent. I will always get notifications on desktop or my tablet, but not the phone.

I hoped the V30 would fix it, but not yet. In fact, I have noticed in the past week that Kik, FB Messenger, and some of my games haven't been popping up or showing on the badge icons. Again, it's intermittent.

Anyone else run into this? Any ideas? Thanks.

I hope you get an answer on this. I have a new V30 on the way for my wife. For what its worth I've had the V40 for about a week and no problems with notifications so far.....knocking on wood now...
