V30 on AT&T, constantly alerting "mobile data connection unavailable"

Hello all, has anyone else experienced this : my phone gives me an alert tone and I see in the notification bar a triangle that says "mobile data connection temporarily unavailable" most times when this happens I have no data indicator nothing but cell signal bars, no 4G, no LTE. This happens even at home while the phone is on wifi. Just started out of nowhere and happens like 15 times or so a day. If I restart the phone it will show 4G LTE for a minute or two then pops up the data temporarily unavailable and no data icon at all. Think I'll go to the AT&T store tomorrow.

Yes this started happening on my Galaxy S6, which is an old phone not even connected to cellular data or wifi. Then recently it started happening on my v30+ which is connected to cellular service with Sprint.
