Anyone know of a way to get rid of this? It's auto backing up my stuff every night.

Follow the instructions for temporary root and either use Titanium backup or one of the other freezing apps to freeze Vcast(and other Verizon crap).

Root, get a terminal emulator, and start deleting.

I'm picking up a Rezound later today so when I do it I'll post better directions on both.

I don't have mine yet, but I'm curious as to why it backing your things up is such a bad thing?

It syncs my music, photos and videos. I don't need it doing that. So it appears you can turn off what it syncs but the service still runs. I have everything backed up to Google so I don't need another backup, plus what I've already got on my computers.
