Verification of firmware

I have a new A50 and would like verification that for Aug-25-2019 This is the latest. I sent an email to Samsung and they did not provide a confirmation

Goto sammobile dot com. They have the details of all firmwares for all Samsung phones. Mines is UK codes and others will have different ones too.

Go here - https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/archive/

Stick your model number in and the network you are on and you should be able to see the latest firmware for your phone. You can compare this with the details in the software information in settings.

Thanks for the response but If Samsung is not provided a response to the expected firmware on their own phones why do you believe any other site wi be providing the correct information?

I asked Samsung twice the first time I asked based on the date Aug-2019 to confirm the Firmware for all Software information field and I asked for the kernel version both times Samsung only answered that updates are provided quarterly.

The version is the version, there is no conspiracy going on here to deceive you, they are accurate.

All phones have samsung phones have several items under software information.

Example Kernel version, One UI version, build number, etc I asked Samsung via Email twice to verify my new phones versions and they refused. they replied that I can expect quarterly updates twice.

Why would Samsung not verify or confirm the expected update versions?
