Verizon 23.21.44 Live OTA Issue

Ever since taking the OTA update to 23.21.44, I've had a lot of problems maintaining a data connection, especially to LTE. Frequently getting bumped down to 3G in areas where I've always had LTE. Also, it will frequently drop the data connection all together, showing the little exclamation mark next to signal strength until I close whatever app I'm using that's requesting network resources. Has anyone else seen this issue? If so, any suggestions on how to fix it? Tried doing a soft-reset, but not ready to do a hard-reset just yet...
 
You may want to consider obtaining a new SIM card from a Verizon corporate store. A new one could fix the problem you describe.
 
Have you tried formatting the cache partition yet?

This will be my next step if the cache clearing doesn't fix things. Will keep you posted.
