I pre-ordered on 8/18 for on Samsung website for Add A Line to Verizon but I have not recieved anything regarding a new line on my account but my order shows as succesfully processed. Is this normal? Only reason I’m asking is because BestBuy online did not approve my add a line and Verizon online was asking for a 30% down payment.
