Getting it now too. Maybe this one will fix what they broke in the last security update? Namely Bluetooth becoming unreliable and not being able to turn Wi-Fi off unless I reboot to fix both problems.

Just started on its own.
Just to clarify, it started to download on it's own?
Did it install on it's own too?
Every Verizon phone I've had will download on it's own. Several times I've had them also install on their own. Usually I can ignore/postpone an update, but eventually I go to bed one night and wake up the next morning to an update complete message because it did it on its own overnight. I haven't tested this with the V20, but it wouldn't surprise me.Just to clarify, it started to download on it's own?

I was under the impression that the KRACK patch wasn't going to show up until November. Google hasn't even released it for Nexus/Pixel devices yet; I seriously doubt that Verizon managed to get the jump on them.Perhaps this is the WPA2 Krackz vulnerability patch.
