This is has been posted multiple times already and for the most part it has been confirmed that the Thunderbolt is still scheduled for a March 17th release.

Let's be honest. The 17th looks likely, but it's not really "confirmed" is it? It's just as confirmed as 2/17, 2/24, and 3/10 all were, which means we really don't know jack.
