Verizon G4 Leather back..... -_-

Anyone else get their Verizon model with a leather back? I got the BLACK Leather...

It doesn't feel like real leather.. and they IMPRINTED the Verizon LOGO on the back...no colors it's just imprinted.. I feel like they used some type of cheap leather to get away with imprinting a logo on this...

Anyone else notice ?

That sounds about right. I was sure they were going to do this.

Can you post a pic? This is the reason I opted for the plastic and purchase the brown leather back from another source.

I'll be getting mine tonight, but I did receive my tan back already. Has "bandLTE" stamped where the vzw logo would be. It's such a thin stamp that it's almost not noticeable. Feels pretty good too.

That's funny. We had this discussion a few months ago and that's what I said Verizon would do.

It's actually pretty inoffensive compared to other ways they've added their logo. You really don't notice it unless you're looking for it. However, I have to agree with others that the "leather" back doesn't feel like leather. It feels more like plastic to me.

I think it's fake.. I want to go to a T-Mobile store later and compare the brown version they have at Tmobile to compare how the leather feels on both version.

I got mine in Black leather also, doesn't feel cheap or slippery to me, actually I am kind of happy I got the leather back after seeing the plastic ones at BB.

Went to Verizon store today. They didn't even have any leather ones in which surprised me. That's like the big selling point build-wise and they didn't even get any for their initial shipment? Who knows some could come in today or tomorrow for the release but I was just surprised their initial shipment didn't have any.

The brown leather back is the only one that has that premium feel to it. The others have that faux feeling to it. I guess that's why at Verizon the leather option doesn't cost more than the others no brwn leather.

My brown leather feels kind of soft and doesn't have that pattern to the leather. It's like they used completely different kind of leather.
