Hi, so i got a Galaxy Nexus, and it had a custom rom on it already installed. It was Phandroid 4.3. i was trying to install a 4.4 rom. so i wiped everything you were supposed to then installed the new rom. But after it was done, i said that it failed. so right now all it will do is boot into TWR and i don't know how to get it to work again. Can somebody please help!

did you do a checksum with the new rom, did you have the correct gapps for the new 4,4 rom? did you make a backup of the original rom running before you tried a new rom.
Does your PC find you phone to transfer files to?
If so----
I would suggest downloading the rom again, and the gapps of needed, than do a check sum if you can,
Try to re install the rom and gapps with TWRP and remember to clean data, cache, dalvik cache, wipe system than flash rom and gapps, I use twrp so its easy if you take your time and follow the path to roms. ( avoid doing a dirty flash and clean the data!)

Best of luck!

I've heard TWRP currently doesn't play nice with 4.4. Swap it out for the latest version of CWM, which does work with 4.4, and then try flashing the ROM again.

CORRECTION: TWRP evidently does play nice with 4.4 since version 2.6.3.2 was released last week. Update to the latest version and try flashing the ROM again. Of course, CWM is still an option as well. But regardless of which recovery you use, you must have the most recent version installed.
