how to enable apn with another sim card?

1. It will not work with SIMs from other US carriers
2. For International SIM, the phone comes unlocked, however to get data working, you need to add the correct APNs...and to do this, you need to be rooted.

Again, you must be rooted to do this...I'm assuming you already are or at least know this since you posted in the "rooting, ROMs, and hacks" subforum.
