When I add events to the standard Google calendar in my Thunderbolt and set a notification for lets say, one hour before the event, the notification never happens. I have checked all settings and find no issues. Under settings for the calendar, alerts and notifications are set to Alert. Ringtone is set Gamma. There is a setting for All Calendars. I have tried setting it to all calendars or unchecked. Neither seems to work. From the home screen, under menu, settings, Notifications, the default sound is Gamma, the sound profile is normal. I have tried to set a test event for a few minutes from the current time and they usually work. However when it really counts, important events a day or so away never work, No sound, no on screen notification, nothing. Time Zone and time are set correctly. My Android version is 4.0.4.
