I'm over in Corona and they said they have a few in stock a couple days ago. I was just dropping by to check out the phone and that is what they said. I never saw physical evidence though.

I ordered mine online, applied promo code "VZWDEAL" and got $50 off the order. (i used an upgrade so i paid $149 opposed to $199)

The 30% is on line only. If you use a Shared Data Plan, you can do it on line. (you might be able to get in store pickup)

If you have an older talk and text plan, with each phone on your plan having its own data plan. you have to call during the week in order to keep the plan intact, but still get the 30% discount, because if you try it on line, it will not give you a choice to retain your plan, and if you use the "iconic" portal it will give you the choice, but it wont allow a promo code.

CSRs cant seem to use the promo code, it is web only. I had tried this last weekend, and decided to wait to call during business hours when they have more senior people there. I called Tuesday, and the CSR connected me to Web sales. They can handle it. Web sales is a different group within the company and I don't think they are there on the weekend. You have to tell them it is a website issue, then they take care of it. I kept my plan intact and got the Moto X for 139.99.

I wanted to keep my old plan because I get that old promo discount on data per line (have 5 lines) (don't ask, this was discontinued late 2010, I think), so it is really a good deal, since we don't use that much data. way cheaper than the shared data
