Verizon Is 5? and 10? me to Death!

I LOVE MY DROID,

Droid is a Verizon product and a Verizon Exclusive. So you would think that Verizon and Motorola would have there stuff together. You would be wrong!

So I find on Motorola site this product: Car Mount Phone Holder

Great car mount with a car charger thats what I needed kill two birds with one stone. So I live in the boonies and make a 2 1/2 hour trip each way to my nearest Verizon store to get the Car Mount. I had to get my car serviced anyway. The guy at the store informs me that this product is to new that they didn't carry it yet. So I ordered it to be delivered to my house. Thats fine when it arrived today it didn't have the Car Charger. I don't understand why they have to do this to us. If I would of know this from the get go I would of got the car charger when i was at the store. Now I get to spend another $29.95 to get the car charger. Since the Car Mount is worthless without it. I am not about to carry the wall charger to charge the phone at my office or where ever i am off to. The Phone eats the battery so without the car charger using the car mount is worthless.

It's been posted numerous times that the Verizon car mount doesn't include the charger, whereas the Motorola one does.

I use a car charger with a micro USB tip on it that I got for my wife's LG Dare on the Droid. It works fine. You can get one on eBay for under $10.

Wow...was that worth outing on a forum? Simple..return it to Verizon's and get it from Motorola. Solved. You can close this thread now.
