Verizon is out of Droid phones until mid July?

Well, its because everyone is converting to Android and they want Verizon's stealar 3G coverage!
Apparently the Incredible is 'the top Android device' currently.

what are you talking about? You can order the LG Ally, Motorola Devour, and the Droid Incredible (it's just backordered)

Topic title scared me...I thought it meant that the original Droid was out of stock until Mid July. It better be in stock still when the Droid X hits!

droid to an ally? not trying to criticize you in anyway but why? the motorola x will be out, the droid 2 will be out and im sure there will be another htc device out by the end of the year. the ally is already outdated compared to the current top android handsets. if you're looking for an android device with a physical keyboard then i would wait for the droid 2. my concern is seeing sombody upgrade to a device that will probably not last the lifetime of you new 2 year contract. if the Ally is what you want then i wish you the best of luck and i hope the device what you are looking for.

Yeah, I just realized how stupid I was for even thinking of that move.
I haven't tried Sense yet so I'll probably purchase an Incredible, if they have them in store when I go.
I've never lasted 2 years with one phone, LOL.

your not stupid. some people may really like that phone but for an upgrade in august it just seems like you might be losing out. i would say since you have till august to decide then i would use your time to try out new phones and see which suits your needs.
