Verizon LG G2: couple issues

Can anyone help with theses issues?

I have a couple programs that will not work on my lg g2 I have deleted cache, uninstalled, reinstalled and its still the same...they are espn scorecenter and grocery iq, I cant get any menus to pull up to login or anything (anyone else seeing this with this phone?)

I also can not get carbon helium on the computer to recognize this phone, I have installed drivers and done everything I know how, and nothing...I need a way to get my old apps and settings (I do not wan to play through plants vs zombies again just to get where I am) from the s4 to this phone.

I have had it lock up and I had to reset it by holding power button down for 8 seconds, anyone else see this? It was just sitting idle when it happened.

other then that, holy battery batman and great camera, really like what I see out of this phone!

First things first, have you done a factory reset? I only have score center and it worked fine for me. I was not able to confirm the other 2 apps. If it persist after a factory reset return it.

Hello,

We can certainly feel the frustration jump off the page. This is either an issue with the app or the software. If you do the factory reset, be sure to back your phone up first or you will lose everything.

If the factory reset does not work, you can contact a local carrier outlet to see if you can take it in to have the software checked or flashed.

thanks all, I got everything to work including helium...its just grocery iq now, the menu button on the phone itself does nothing and for some reason the app is missing the menu button that is normally on the right hand side. this is a great great phone...really love the feel of it and the camera and battery are the two highest selling points for me!

Same issue here with Grocery IQ; 3 dot menu icon missing...no way to log in and sync my lists. I've emailed to no avail. Keep me posted.
