Has anyone else been having this issues?
I took the Tuesday, June 30th 11A update for my Verizon LG G4 and since that day my phone has been randomly freezing. So far it has frozen six times since yesterday.The phone stays frozen on the screen it was on last and the only way to get the phone working again is by pulling the battery or by holding down the power +volume up and down keys at the same time.
Today I decided to do a master reset on my device thinking it will fix the issue. I did two master reset back to back and the problem still continues I called Verizon and of-course they wanted me to do exactly the same thing I had done and are looking to get me a refurbish replacement. I told them NO, since It still hasn't been a month since purchase this phone . I paid full price for this phone because I am on Unlimited data plan, so the idea of getting a refurbish replacement (inappropriate language edited by Moderator ) sucks.
