I have a ringback set and there is no way to turn it off that I know of without going onto V CAST tones and managing it. When I try to get on V Cast tones it says "This app requires the Verizon Login Client. Please download the Login Client and start the applicated again. Error Code-305". Where exactly do I download this client? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I need this ringback gone because I am looking for jobs and this tone I have set DEFINITELY won't help me out.
